The process of Bag Sealing tape

We import plastic granules and blow the film through our advanced film blowing machine, the film we produce is of uniform thickness and high transparency. This enables us to control the cost and improve the quality greatly.

If requested by the customer, we will print the red line, blue color, or the wordings on the film or PET film according to the customer’s requirements.

This part is very important, so we imported Dow Corning release agent from USA, and every day in this part, there is a QC on site who will spot check the released film so that problems can be found in time.

The adhesive is applied to both sides of the PET side at the same time with the specified size and laminated to the PE/PP/PAPE film to form a roll of adhesive tape. Our skilled operators adjust the thickness of the adhesive to the line gauge to produce near-perfect tapes.

• Resealable bag sealing tape right /left direction → left/right direction (based on customer ‘s request )
• Resealable Bag sealing tape 1000mx 10rolls → resealable bag sealing tape 10000m/spool
• Permanent bag sealing tape 500m x 10rolls → permanent bag sealing tape 5000m/spool

Before shipment, each roll of our adhesive tape is strictly inspected by our QC department. For each batch of goods, our QC department has to test the thickness, adhesion and holding power of the products.

The details is the most important , we package every cartons in a pallet , so that it can protect them on the way to customer’s factory .

Depending on the country, we can palletize the products for you and then load them into the container, or load them directly into the container to save space.
